I just found a relatively new service. On Bandai Premium, for certain sets, you can pretend like you are at the vending machine and draw a random card. You can draw 1 card or 10 cards at one time. You pay for the cards and then those exact cards are actually physically delivered to you.
Most of the sets are also sold normally, but there are two Ranking of Kings (王様ランキング, Ōsama Ranking) sets that are exclusive to this online method.
