If I don't do a mistake, the Gembu 9 is a secret card with the binder (with the 3 of Byakko)

I've not find it in the binder with the other three (unfortunatly )

Yes, I remember. Some time after the collection was finished (8 volumes), a new magazine was released, in that magazine there was a coupon. If you send to the manufacturer this coupon with some money (I think it was around 2400 yen, not sure), you would receive 25 cards (the 24 from the 8 volumes and the Genbu 9 card). It was a kind of mailaway
